The article 5-1 de la loi de 1978, as stemed from the french edict of 2018, provide that the data processing with personal informations is lawfull as far as Customer Service has received the personal consent in compliance with the article 4 – 11 and article 7 of the regulation ( UE)2016/679 27 of april 2016.
